Great experience! Julie helped me to better understand how to meditate too. When using the crystals on me, I could feel the energy and warmth running through my body. She pointed out my weak spots prior to the Reiki session, and once the session started, that’s where I felt the warmth. Moving forward, I can take a lot from this experience.
