The Healing Power of Reiki Meditation
Many clients have found Reiki meditation between visits beneficial for overall health and well-being.
If you feel overwhelmed, un-centered, or experiencing uneasiness within your physical body, take a few moments to meditate. Your body, mind, and soul will thank you!

Repeat: You can continue transferring energy to different body parts, focusing on any areas that feel tense or blocked. You can repeat the process as often as you like, for as long as you feel comfortable.
End the session: When you finish the Reiki meditation practice, take a few deep breaths and slowly return to alertness. You may want to stretch or gently move your body to release tension.
